Gemeente Heerde zoekt een adviseur Arbo en Verzuim die als inhoudelijk deskundige sparringpartner optreedt voor leidinggevenden en preventiemedewerkers. Je houdt toezicht op naleving Arbowet en Wet verbetering poortwachter en werkt aan verdere professionalisering van gezond en veilig werken.
Je werkt binnen het team Advies en Bedrijfsvoering en onderhoudt contacten met HR, preventiemedewerkers en arbodienst. De functie betreft 24 uur per week met start zo spoedig mogelijk.
