Een zorgorganisatie in Limburg zoekt een Consulent Inzetbaarheid om HR-collega's te ondersteunen bij verzuim en inzetbaarheid. In deze rol adviseer je over verduidelijking van verzuimprocessen en bewaak je de wet- en regelgeving. Met jouw kennis en ervaring draag je bij aan duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. Je krijgt een dienstverband van 32 tot 36 uur en een salaris volgens cao VVT.
Er zijn aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder verlofuren en een pensioenregeling.
