Jobtailor is hiring a Payroll Specialist to own the Netherlands payroll process. You will run monthly payroll end-to-end, ensure CAO compliance, and collaborate with external partners and internal teams to resolve cases promptly.
You will manage inputs such as time data, contracts, absences, and changes, keeping audit-ready records in Workday. The role also supports closings and audits, helps develop junior colleagues, and implements process improvements to reduce errors and cycle time.
