We are currently seeking an experienced House Manager for a private residence in Chens-sur-Léman, France.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations and presentation of the residence
- Supervise and coordinate household staff (chef, housekeepers, chauffeurs, contractors)
- Manage household administration, budgets, invoices, and inventories
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and external suppliers
- Organise guest stays and household events
- Oversee meal service standards and wine cellar management
- Liaise with the Geneva office regarding vehicles and transportation logistics
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar House Manager, Villa Manager, Estate Manager, or Chief Stewardess role
- Previous yachting experience as a Stewardess or Chief Stewardess required
- Experience on yachts of 65m+ highly desirable
- Strong Housekeeping and Service background
- Fluent English and French
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Discreet, proactive, and hands‑on approach
- Full‑time position
