Southwire Company is seeking a Process Engineer II to develop, standardize, and improve processes and products. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, introduce new products, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
You will design and implement manufacturing processes, apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, create SOPs and PFMEA, and mentor junior engineers and operators. Domestic travel is limited to under 20%.
