Maintenance Technician

Overview

Maintenance Technician at Love's Travel Stops. Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and supporting the manager to maintain smooth operations and swift customer service. Training is provided if you have no prior experience.

• Provide customer-facing support as part of general customer service duties to assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles as needed.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Physical ability to move/lightly lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.

• No experience required; training will be provided.
