Job Description:

Perform a variety of administrative functions, office tasks, and support the general manager. Schedule appointments, answer calls, and take dictation. Compose memos and transcribe notes. Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the general manager.
  • Manage office operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day managerial tasks such as data tracking, reporting, and follow‑ups.
  • Monitor project timelines and flag delays or issues.
  • Support decision‑making by gathering and organizing operational data.
  • Perform various office tasks under general supervision.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma with 2‑4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and be solution oriented.
  • Highly detailed with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong computer software knowledge, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Work Schedules and Arrangements

On‑site position. Hourly, Full Time.

Hours:

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday (flexible).
