Hendrix & Smyth Insurance (Allstate) is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you’re organized, people-focused, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment while helping clients protect what matters most, this could be a great fit.

• Service existing clients with policy changes, questions, and updates
• Assist with billing inquiries, endorsements, and renewals
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Work closely with sales and service team members to support clients
• Help maintain accurate client records and follow agency workflows

• Alabama Personal Lines insurance license (we will help you obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive office
• Insurance or customer service experience preferred
