Schedule

• Night shift
• 36 hours per week (guaranteed)
• Every third weekend required

Key Qualifications

• Active RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' recent RN experience
• Proficiency with assessment, IV insertion, Foley insertion, and NGT placement
• Willingness to float to other units as needed
• Familiarity with Alaris IV pumps and EPIC EMR preferred
• Med/surg experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication, commitment, curiosity, and connection ("the 4 Cs")
• Navy scrubs required; fleece attire is not permitted

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nursing care to patients in med/surg, oncology, neuro, and palliative units
• Handle comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain patient safety and uphold high clinical standards
