Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Expansion - Multiple Shifts

Role Overview:

Provides nursing care in an expanding Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process to promote health, prevent illness, and support patient needs. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, delegate tasks, and evaluate responses. Uses critical-thinking and AACN Synergy Model to guide care activities, including health teaching, counseling, and life support support. Manages all aspects of nursing care in a fast-paced environment with modern equipment and technology.

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license in Alabama, BLS certification (ACLS/PALS may be required). Emergency or ICU experience is preferred for FSED roles. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
