As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting with all store operations during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition, you'll be responsible for assisting the General Manager with all store operations, including but not limited to: staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting, and any other tasks that are needed to ensure successful day to day operation of the store.

General job duties include: safely operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler, preparing product to Domino's standards, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, assisting with all aspects of store operations, including making deliveries or assisting on the makeline if necessary, cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily, and other job-related duties as necessary to ensure smooth store operations.

Job requirements include: being 18 years of age or older, passing a background check, having a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, possessing good navigational skills, being able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area, navigating adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products if necessary, following directives, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and well with others, working well under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, providing excellent customer service, analyzing and compiling data, making good judgements and decisions, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product or distributing flyers and door hangers, sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside, fumes from food odors including exposure to cornmeal dust, compact work areas including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical duties and requirements include walking/carrying/climbing, driving, stooping/bending, reaching, hand tasks, and sensing.
