3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Tech – Helena, Arkansas (Friday–Sunday, 7am–7pm)

This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and adherence to maintenance systems, and supporting company goals.

• Operate, disassemble, and assemble industrial equipment/machinery independently or supervise a lower-level employee in repair procedures.
• Own hand tools and toolbox.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance inspections in Intelex.
• Complete maintenance requests in Intelex in a timely manner.
• Use specialized tools for repairing, measuring, testing, and diagnosing industrial equipment/machinery.
• Design and fabricate process piping, catwalks, staircases, equipment stands/supports, and estimate required materials.
• Apply MIG and ARC welding techniques on stainless and mild steel.
• Perform pipe fitting procedures.
• Possess advanced knowledge of plant processes and equipment.
• Operate company equipment such as boom lifts, scissors lifts, welding trailers, water trailers, forklifts, and golf carts.
• Apply NEC and OSHA regulations on industrial construction and repair.
• Inspect, promote, and maintain food safety cleanliness in handling products, ingredients, and finished goods following FDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Perform other job‑related duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate Degree preferred).

Compensation:
The expected salary range is $27-$29 per hour; specifics may vary based on experience.
