We are a locally owned and operated hardware/lumber/retail home center seeking qualified general office personnel. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week bookkeeping and accounting multi‑task position, with a full benefit package. Salary is TBD, with advancement opportunities.

• Accounts receivable and delinquent account collection
• Accounts payable
• Customer service and cashier duties
• Daily bank deposits and balance cash tills
• Data entry, filing, and inventory control
• Support general ledger, bank reconciliation, and payroll processes as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• 10‑key proficiency and efficient multi‑tasking
• Typing skills and computer knowledge (Microsoft Windows)
• Experience with multi‑line phones a plus
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, are a plus
• Retail or bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required
• Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a sometimes fast‑paced environment
