Calling all experienced tax professionals! Westaff is searching for a Senior Associate/Tax Manager for a local business in Helena, Montana
!
Term: Permanent
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Pay: $95,000 annual salary
What You Will Do:- Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns
- Manage tax compliance and planning
- Research tax issues and provide practical recommendations
- Identify tax‑saving opportunities and planning strategies
- Respond to tax notices and support audit inquiries
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 3+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns required
- Experience with Excel and Drake Tax preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and multistate taxation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
