Job Overview
Program Support Specialist to join our team in the Hard Rock Mining Section of the Air, Energy, & Mining Division.
ResponsibilitiesThe Program Support Specialist is responsible for performing high-level administrative services and program support by handling communications and information requests, providing guidance to customers for submitting bond instruments, reviewing bond documents, conducting web site maintenance, preparing and editing documents, and providing database and records management. This position performs support functions such as preparing correspondence, proofreading materials, mail processing, legal notice filing, assisting visitors, and managing main phone lines.
Qualifications- High school diploma
- One year of experience performing a variety of office support or clerical work.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted or considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
$21.33 - $23.42 Hourly
