OverviewThe Community Corrections Facilities and Programs Bureau, The Victim Services Bureau and The Quality Assurance & Evidence Based Programs Section play an integral role in shaping the way we deliver structure and accountability while supporting success for residents returning to their community. We’re making generational changes at the DOC. Help us build the future of corrections in Montana.
Responsibilities- Routing of offender placement documents, entering OMIS data and uploading documents.
- Managing correspondence from offenders and the general public.
- Managing distribution of offender escape notices, staff travel arrangements, training schedules and preparations.
- Greeting visitors, answering telephones and providing information to callers, and managing shared email accounts.
- High school diploma.
- One year of experience performing a variety of office support or clerical work.
- Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

This agency may use a training assignment. Employees in training assignments may be paid below the base pay established by the agency pay rules. Conditions of the training assignment will be stated in writing at the time of hire.
