The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare provider in Helena, TX to recruit a dependable Sleep Center Administrative Assistant for their Sleep Lab. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team while providing exceptional administrative support and helping deliver a positive patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Schedule:
Full-Time What You’ll Do In this role, you will work closely with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience while assisting with general office duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient scheduling and referrals Register patients and maintain accurate patient records Prepare reports, monitor clinic schedules & assist with prior authorizations Maintain office supplies and support daily clinic operations Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and clinical staff Perform general administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned
