Are you looking to grow your professional skills? Westaff is hiring an entry-level Staff Assistant for a state office in Helena, MT!
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Term: Temporary (3+ months),
potential for permanent for the right fit!
Pay: $16.50 – $18/hour DOE
What You Will Do:- Serve as first point of contact for the public
- Answering phones
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Maintaining the appearance of the front office
- Delivering messages
- Managing constituent correspondence
- Oversee intern
- Assist staff with a variety of tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills strongly preferred
- Eager to learn and fantastic work ethic
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Approaches direction and feedback with a team-focused mindset
- Demonstrate professional & positive attitude
- Ability to be flexible and prioritize new tasks as needed
- Strong time management
