Looking to show off your people skills? Westaff is seeking a Customer Service & Intake Coordinator for a local business in Helena, MT!
Term: Temporary (3+ months), potential for permanent for the right fit!
Schedule: Part-Time
Shift: 25 hours/week, Monday – Friday
Pay: $18/hour
What You Will Do:- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and incoming calls.
- Collect payment for labor, services, parts, equipment and other charges.
- Schedule in-office and other service appointments according to company procedures.
- Perform additional administrative duties when needed.
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience scheduling appointments and handling customer invoices preferred.
- Familiarity with basic computer terminology.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data entry and attention to detail skills.
- Proficient in processing payments and handling financial transactions.
- Ability to effectively handle confidential information.
