In this role, you'll support daily operations through a blend of administrative, facilities, and fleet coordination responsibilities. • Coordinate company vehicle maintenance, building services, repairs, and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the primary front desk contact, welcoming visitors and providing exceptional service to employee-owners, clients, and vendors.
  • Order office supplies and equipment, process invoices, and support general office administration.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, mail distribution, and special projects.
  • Maintain professional common areas and support a safe, organized workplace environment.
  • Assist with print room operations, including copying, binding, and equipment troubleshooting.

"As employee-owners, we don't just work here, we grow here. Together, we take on challenging projects, support one another, and create opportunities to thrive. Our culture empowers every team member to find success-professionally and financially-while building something greater than themselves." - Arian Bloomfield, President/CEO
