Automotive Detailer

Position Overview

Helena Motors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The Automotive Detailer is responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned, polished, and detailed to a high standard, both for customer delivery and dealership presentation. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of interior and exterior vehicle surfaces, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and notify the supervisor of any imperfections or additional services required.
• Apply protective finishes to exteriors and interiors as required.
• Operate buffers, steamers, vacuums, and other detailing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and stocking supplies.
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared for customer delivery or display, including proper placement of tags, floor mats, and other materials.
• Conduct minor touch-ups and remove stains, spots, or blemishes from surfaces.
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling chemicals and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with detailing tools and products is an advantage.
