• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to enhance efficiency and quality of care
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross‑functional stakeholders, identifying their strategic needs
• Mentor and guide junior analytical staff on complex problem‑solving approaches and techniques

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high‑impact role
• 5 years of demonstrated success in leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into business strategies
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience as determined by the employer
• Exceptional strategic problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, or related discipline
