Position Summary
Vertical Construction Project Manager position managing commercial, institutional, and residential construction projects.
ResponsibilitiesManage commercial, institutional, and residential construction projects.
Qualifications- 5+ years experience in vertical construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and project lifecycle management
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
