Taylor Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our Helena-based team. As Superintendent, you will lead onsite construction operations, manage crews and subcontractors, maintain a safe and orderly jobsite, and ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade partners, oversee scheduling, manage materials and documentation, and resolve onsite challenges with confidence. Strong communication, leadership, and safety management skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.
