Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Roller Screed Operator to run asphalt paving equipment on projects across Montana. You will operate a roller/paver, ensuring proper compaction and alignment with project specs while collaborating with the crew to meet schedules.
Qualified candidates have 3–6 years in asphalt paving, a valid driver’s license, and a proven ability to lead and coach others on site. Overtime and travel are expected at times.
