NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to perform site inspections across residential projects. You will photograph interiors and exteriors, upload progress photos via a mobile app, and coordinate scheduling to ensure timely reports for lenders. This is a flexible, part-time, 1099 contract role with pay from $35 per inspection.
The work supports banks and lenders by validating progress on-site. Training and app tools are provided, with emphasis on reliability and prompt communication.
