Helena Motors is looking to expand their Service BDC department. The ServiceBDCRepresentativeisresponsibleforhandlingallinboundandoutboundcommunicationfortheservice
departmenttoensureanexceptionalcustomerexperience.
Thisrolefocusesonreservingsserviceappointments,answeringcustomerinquiries,followinguponrecommendedmaintenance,andhelpingdrivetraffictotheservice
department. Strong communication,organizational skills,andattentiontodetailareessential.
Key Responsibilities- Handleallincomingservicecallspromptlyandprofessionally.
- Scheduleandconfirmcustomerserviceappointmentsusingthesdealership’sCRM/DMSsystems.
- Makeoutboundcallstofollowupondeclinedservices,missedappointments,andrecommendedmaintenance.
- Maintainaccuratecustomerrecordsandappointmentnotes.
- Respondtoonlineserviceinquiriesandfollowupwithleadsintatimelymanner.
- Communicateclearlywithserviceadvisorsandmanagementregardingschedulingandcustomernotes.
- Achieveproductivityandappointment-settinggoalsasassigned.
- AssistwithCSI(Customer Satisfaction Index ) follow-uptoensureappositivecustomerexperience.
- Performotheradministrativeorsupportdutiesasassigned.
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired.
- Previouscallcenter,customer service,ordealershipexperiencepreferred.
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeandabilitytolearndealership CRMandschedulingsoftware.
- Organizedwithastrongattentiontodetail.
- Abilitytometaskinfast-paced environment.
- Friendly,professionaldemeanorandstrongcustomerservicemindset.
Monday through Friday,with
Saturdaysasneeded.
