  • Participate in site visits, respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction-phase activities.
  • Mentor and support less-experienced staff while contributing to the firm’s collaborative culture.
  • Qualifications

  • At least five years of post-graduate professional experience in architecture.
  • Professional degree in architecture, including a

    B.Arch or M.Arch.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, construction documentation, and construction processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide a project from early design through construction.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining actively engaged with a collaborative project team.
  • Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Why Slate

Slate offers a collaborative, supportive, and low-ego work environment where employees are challenged professionally, encouraged to take meaningful ownership of their work, and given opportunities to grow as architects and leaders.
