  • Serve as primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and present designs, specifications, estimates, and schedules
  • Integrate engineering and building systems into project plans
  • Produce detailed construction drawings and 3D/interactive visualizations
  • Lead contract negotiations and documentation with consultants and contractors
  • Coordinate with builders during construction to ensure design intent and quality
  • Ensure sustainability and code compliance across all deliverables
  • Mentor staff and Architect(s)-in-Training, setting clear professional goals
  • Contribute to CWG’s collaborative culture and long-term client relationships

Proficiency in:

  • Autodesk Revit
  • Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Enscape
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Licensed Architect (Montana or eligible for reciprocity)

Familiarity with architectural costs, billing, and budgets

Understanding of billable rates and scheduling

Knowledge of BIM coordination tools (model management, clash detection)

3D modeling with Sketch Up or Rhino

Advanced rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or D5 Render)

Experience with VR or immersive visualization
