Cultivate cognitive growth, social skills and curiosity through play, meaningful work and caring relationships.

Develop lesson plans and instructional material based on district approved curriculum.

Provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil.

Translate lesson plans into developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Evaluate pupils' academic and social growth, keep appropriate records and prepare progress reports.

Identify pupil needs and make appropriate referrals and develop strategies for individual education plans.

Establish effective rapport with students.

Communicate regularly with parents outside normal classroom day by means of newsletters, notes, phone calls, conferences, etc.

May conduct home visits.

To become part of this dedicated team, you have a Montana teaching certificate with elementary or early childhood endorsement area.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a year of successful teaching experience in an elementary classroom and have multiple areas of endorsement. Preference will be given to candidates with preschool experience.

Starting salary range is prorated based on $47,940-$65,338 based on education and experience in addition to a competitive benefit plan.
