As a Middle School Teacher, you will work as part of a team that serves over 7,500 students across 18 campuses in Helena. This position is a 187‑day contract. Starting base salary range is $52,275 – $70,833 based on education and verifiable experience, in addition to a competitive benefit plan including sick and personal leave, a health benefit plan with options for dental and vision coverage, life insurance, a 125 plan, various tax‑sheltered annuity options, tuition reimbursement, long‑term disability, short‑term disability, and long‑term care insurance.

- Develop lesson plans and instructional material.
- Provide individualized and small‑group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil.
To become part of this dedicated team, you must have a Montana teaching certificate with the appropriate endorsement. The ideal candidate will possess multiple endorsement areas and at least one year of successful teaching experience at the Middle school level. The employee will need to meet multiple demands, interact with the public and other staff while performing duties.
