Job Duties
Teach full complement of courses according to ACTS and course catalog, including but not limited to law enforcement, criminology, corrections and contemporary issues. Courses primarily will be delivered face-to-face, but will also include online options. Assist with recruiting and retention efforts as well as campus and college activities, projects, and committees to further the mission of the college.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in law, criminal justice or closely related field preferred. Experience and ability to conduct coursework online, use Blackboard, conduct virtual/online labs and integrate technology into instruction to meet the needs of students from a variety of backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications: Three or more years of teaching experience, preferably in higher education. Experience with Blackboard, Workday and Zoom/Teams a plus. Ability to work in a team setting.
