Job Duties
Teach a full complement of courses according to ACTS and the course catalog, including but not limited to Theatre, Fine Arts, Music Appreciation, and Art Appreciation. Courses will primarily be delivered face-to-face, but will also include online options. Assist with recruiting and retention efforts as well as campus and college activities/projects/committees to further the mission of the college.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in music, art, rhetoric, or a closely related field preferred.
- Experience and ability to conduct coursework online, utilize course delivery platforms such as Blackboard, and conduct virtual/online labs.
- Ability to integrate technology into instruction to meet the needs of students from a variety of backgrounds.
- Three (3) or more years of teaching experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Experience with Blackboard, Workday, and Zoom/Teams a plus.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
