This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape the technical vision and best practices using advanced CAD tools while mentoring cross‑functional teams to refine extraordinary mechanical solutions.

• Design and Development: Lead the architectural design and development of complex electronic components and mechanical systems, ensuring they meet high standards of reliability and manufacturability.
• Strategic Development: Establish long‑term strategies for mechanical design and cooling methodologies for next‑generation server architectures.
• Team Mentorship: Collaborate with and mentor cross‑functional teams in utilizing advanced CAD tools (e.g., ProE, Solid Works) for developing innovative mechanical systems.
• Manufacturing Strategies: Define manufacturing and assembly strategies while ensuring smooth transitions from prototypes to mass production with rigorous quality control.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and lead quality assurance protocols for mechanical components, optimizing performance in cloud environments.
• Research and Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging materials and technologies to influence advancements in data center infrastructure.

This position offers a competitive salary range starting from $139,400 to $291,800 per annum, with additional eligibility for bonuses, equity, and other compensation deferrals.
