Senior Electrical Facilities Service Manager
, you will have a pivotal role in leading our onsite electrical service and maintenance team. Your focus will be on ensuring the safe, reliable, and disciplined execution of maintenance and troubleshooting tasks across mission-critical power infrastructure. Reporting to the Facility Manager
, you will manage Facilities Technicians directly and hold accountability for service quality, electrical safety, technician development, and field execution.

This role emphasizes effective maintenance execution
, operational readiness, and the enhancement of safe work practices to protect uptime. A primary objective is to establish and nurture an in-house self-perform maintenance program that enables technicians to execute electrical maintenance safely and consistently in line with engineering standards and operational requirements.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and oversee a dedicated electrical facilities technician team in maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and service execution.
  • Provide daily leadership and performance management to Electrical Facilities Technicians, ensuring work prioritization and technical development.
  • Develop and enhance an in-house maintenance program, including procedure formulation, training, and ongoing improvement of execution standards.
  • Supervise maintenance tasks for critical electrical infrastructure, covering switch gear, UPS systems, batteries, generators, grounding, breakers, and power distribution equipment.
  • Champion electrical safety protocols, ensuring compliance with NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout practices.
  • Manage vendor performance and contract execution related to electrical services, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to maintenance execution, equipment health, and incident responses.
  • Support incident response and service restoration efforts to enhance resilience and minimize failures.
  • Collaborate with various teams including commissioning, operations, and engineering to guarantee readiness of all systems.
  • Drive continual improvement in maintenance protocols, technician capabilities, and field execution standards.
  • Ensure the site is primed for 24/7 mission-critical operations through appropriate staffing and training programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance or similar critical facilities operations.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in leading technicians or field maintenance teams.
  • Strong background in electrical safety and maintenance execution.
  • Experience in high-risk environments.
  • Preferred education includes an Associate or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
Skills and

Competencies:
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to coach and guide technicians effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on safety culture.
  • Ability to enhance service delivery and maintenance reliability.
  • Good judgment in operational decision-making.
Preferred Skills /

Certifications:
  • Experience with electrical infrastructure including UPS systems and generators.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking.
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
  • NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:

This position supports 24/7 operations where continuous uptime is essential. Candidates should be able to lift or move up to 39 pounds independently and participate in group lifts for heavier loads. Tasks will be performed in an industrial environment, emphasizing safety and adherence to protocols.

$120,100 to $251,600 per annum, with potential for bonuses and equity.
