HBK provides civil, environmental, structural, electrical, subsurface utility, construction support services and permitting facilitation. HBK Engineering is seeking a Construction Manager / Permit Specialist (Engineer) to support electric utility infrastructure projects throughout Montana. Based out of Great Falls (with Bozeman or Helena as secondary options), this hybrid office and field role combines engineering design support, permitting, stakeholder coordination, environmental compliance, and field oversight from project planning through closeout. Serving as a critical link between engineering teams, construction contractors, regulatory agencies, landowners, and utility clients, you will help deliver infrastructure projects safely and on schedule.

Location: Montana (Great Falls preferred; Bozeman or Helena considered).
Travel: Requires local and regional travel throughout Montana, including occasional overnight stays.
