Loan Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Service customer needs to include but not limited to phone calls, payments, payoffs, research, etc.
• Process payoff quotes and complete loan payoffs.
• Book completed mortgage or consumer/commercial loans as assigned including disbursements and all required set ups.
• Pay weekly and monthly bills for vendors.
• Complete monthly/quarterly required reports.
• Process monthly loan payments.
• Maintain loan files and document all file maintenance for review.
• Set-up, maintain and service all insurance for mortgage or consumer/commercial loans.
• Complete required steps with paid off loan files.
• Understand and learn investor requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
