Carrington is seeking a Director of Loan Servicing to lead their Loan Servicing Advance Facilities and Financial Reporting department, focused on reconciliations and reporting. You will ensure compliance with contractual requirements and deliver timely reports, while managing a team and implementing process improvements.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, along with 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or loan servicing, and demonstrated management skills. This role requires strong knowledge in loan servicing requirements and proficiency in Access and SQL.
Carrington offers competitive pay in the range of $140,000 - $175,000 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
