Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check-in clients and schedule meetings;
Open new accounts and perform account servicing while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build trusted relationships with clients through active listening and collaboration with branch team members to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations including cash devices, such as the cash vault or ATM, in accordance with bank policies
