Chase - 3115 North Montana Avenue - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing and maintenance in compliance with policies and regulations;
Educate clients on daily banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch team members;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM while following bank procedures
