Loan Processor

At Northpointe Bank, we believe a career should empower you to grow, make a difference, and find purpose. We’re hiring a Loan Processor to manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loans while delivering an exceptional experience for our borrowers.

• Review loan submissions for accuracy and completeness
• Order and manage third-party services, including appraisals, title work, and payoffs
• Partner with Underwriters, Loan Officers, and Loan Officer Assistants to prepare files for clear-to-close
• Manage an active loan pipeline and help ensure target closing dates are met
• Maintain knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and other loan programs
• Support disclosure operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Safeguard sensitive borrower information and maintain confidentiality

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing and/or basic underwriting experience
• Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, MSHDA, OHFA, and FHLB loan products
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mortgage loan origination systems
• Self-motivated and resourceful approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
