enGen in Helena, MT is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Manager to oversee planning and forecasting cycles across the organization, including reporting, variance analysis, forecast model enhancement, and risk assessment. You will lead, coach and develop staff, partner with senior leadership on business cases for strategic initiatives, and ensure adherence to budgeting policies.
A BS in Finance/Accounting and 5 years in finance with 3 years in management are required; CMA/CPA preferred.
