What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain accurate data in provider file data systems, including setup of assignment accounts and updating affiliations
  • Conduct thorough file maintenance analysis to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Ensure data integrity by collecting and clarifying information from external sources
  • Educate providers on obtaining and updating necessary identifiers
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Customer Services, or Claims
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with providers and customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/computer skills
  • Problem‑solving skills to address issues as they arise

  • Experience in a healthcare‑related field, particularly in provider data management or credentialing
