The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Helena, MT, seeking a Physical Therapy Supervisor for their Outpatient Sports Rehab.
Outpatient Physical Therapy - Sports Rehab
Shift: Dayshift
Status: 1.0 FTE (Exempt)
This role involves assisting the Department Director with daily operations, balancing direct patient care (75-85%) and supervisory responsibilities (15-25%). Responsibilities include supervising outpatient Physical Therapists, conducting check‑in meetings and annual reviews, facilitating staff meetings, and collaborating on outreach strategies. The supervisor will ensure adherence to hospital policies, serve as a role model, assist in interviewing candidates, and coordinate PT orientation. They will also contribute to long‑term planning, budget monitoring, and productivity standards.
Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a PT with expertise in evidence‑based care, program development, and customer service.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- License: Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana.
