Allied Travel Careers  is working with Diverse Lynx LLC to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Helena, Montana, 59601!

Assignment Details ? Physical Therapist (Outpatient Adult)

• Setting: Outpatient (Adult Population)
• Schedule Options:
  • 5 days/week ? 8-hour shifts
  • OR 4 days/week ? 10-hour shifts
  (Final schedule to be discussed during the interview)
• 200-Mile Radius Rule Applies

• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience required
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) ? NON-NEGOTIABLE (Must be clearly listed on profile at time of submission)
• Active Montana PT License required
• Current BLS Certification required
• EMR

• Acute Care and Outpatient experience required (Position need is in Outpatient Adult)
• Post-Operative Orthopedics experience highly preferred
• Prior travel experience highly preferred

• All RTO (Requested Time Off) and schedule requests must be disclosed at time of submission
• RTO or schedule changes will NOT be approved after submission
