Role OverviewYou will install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and performance verify complex medical imaging systems across a specialty area. You will complete scheduled maintenance and operational verification procedures, support occasional equipment needs outside your primary specialty, and coordinate service activities with vendors and subcontractors. The role includes maintaining accurate service documentation and supporting regulatory compliance, including collaboration with a Medical Physicist for aligned radiation outputs when applicable.
Limited travel may be required based on site and business needs.
- 3+ years of experience repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing medical imaging equipment
- Experience supporting modalities such as MRI, CT, Cath Lab, and/or Radiation Oncology systems
- Associate degree in electronics or a technical field (or equivalent experience);
Bachelor’s preferred - Strong computer and networking aptitude, including interpreting error codes and replacing components
- Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on servicing tasks
- Customer focused, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized, safety minded, and comfortable working independently in clinical environments
- Proactive learner who values teamwork and mentorship
