Responsibilities
- Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for partnering with BGS Government Services business leaders
- Manage and integrate employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies
- Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures
- Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Manages cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery; coordinate solution teams, architects, program managers and stakeholders to integrate solutions
- 10+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT) products and services
- 10+ years of experience in business requirements and analysis on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains with management interface
- 10+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple organizations
