This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity (W2). Successful candidates will transition to a full‑time employee after the contract period. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $50.00 to $55.00 per hour.

Our client seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst who will partner with business owners and technical peers to intake requests, develop analytical proposals and solutions, and document processes. The analyst will maintain, build, and optimize a data warehouse, automated data flows, and an analytics‑as‑a‑service environment. Responsibilities include data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionization, data enrichment, and storytelling. Automation and regular reporting to leadership are also key components of the role.

• Partner with business owners and technical peers to intake requests, propose analytical solutions, and document processes.
• Maintain, build, and optimize the data warehouse and automated data flows.
• Operate an analytics‑as‑a‑service environment that supports stakeholders.
• Execute business intelligence tasks including data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionization, and data enrichment with clear storytelling.
• Drive and implement automation to enable scalable and flexible operations.
• Report proposals, roadmaps, solutions, and project updates to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Assemble reports and dashboards for sales and marketing analytics using Tableau and SQL.
• Collaborate with analysts, contribute to peer development, and work independently as needed.

• 2+ years of experience with Tableau.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, query optimization, debugging, and creating user‑defined functions, views, and indexes.
• Experience with AWS and Git Hub preferred.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift is preferred.
• Ability to present outcomes and results in analytics deliverables.
