At Pinion Technology Core, our Service Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience. As the central point for service coordination, you’ll manage support requests, dispatch tickets, monitor alerts, maintain documentation, and ensure clients and technicians stay informed. Your organization, communication skills, and attention to detail will help keep services running efficiently across a diverse client base.

• Monitor, triage, and dispatch support tickets.
• Manage service requests, monitoring alerts, and technician schedules.
• Coordinate onsite and remote service appointments.
• Communicate status updates, scheduling changes, and service information to clients.
• Maintain client records, documentation, and service request forms.
• Follow established service delivery and security processes.
• Escalate critical issues and ensure service requests meet SLA expectations.

• Customer service, coordination, dispatching, or administrative experience.
• Ability to prioritize requests, assess urgency, and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
• Comfort using multiple technology platforms and business systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the range is $22 - 27 per hour.
