Property Site Caretaker

Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a Part‑time experienced Property Caretaker to do maintenance and general upkeep for our apartment building in Helena, MT $21.00 - $22.00 per hour plus excellent benefits!! Caretaker unit available – RENT free!

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Perform routine errands
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
• Answer after‑hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action, when necessary.

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm
